The GXA3810 is a multi-channel 32-bit data acquisition card built for precision measurement in automatic sensor calibration systems and test benches. In a calibration setup it synchronously reads back the bridge output of the sensor under test while a GXR programmable resistor steps through simulated strain points — closing the loop so calibration coefficients are computed automatically for force/torque sensors used in robots and robot dogs. It also serves static performance testing of force sensors, joint-module and reducer bench testing, and modal analysis. Featuring 10 synchronous single-ended channels (5 differential), 20–400Hz band, ±5V range, 1MΩ input impedance and SE/differential/AC/DC coupling, with full Windows/Linux SDK. The same hardware is field-proven in bridge & tunnel vibration monitoring (SHM).
